LIVING | A new home in Hampshire

So, we finally made it. My husband and I, plus cat, are now (almost) settled in our new home in a little Hampshire village. With all the packing, unpacking, moving furniture (several times), we've barely had time to really take in our beautiful new surroundings.

So, on a brisk walk to the village pub on Sunday - it's important to get to know the locals - we took a detour across a public footpath up into the hills encasing our small valley; steps I retraced a few days later.

The sun was just thinking about heading in for the evening, so this time camera in hand, I got a few snaps.
